The Vermont Prospects empowers talented baseball players by providing an environment that promotes instruction, leadership and growth. Our goal is to prepare every player in our program for college baseball by shaping and developing exceptional attitude, work ethic and character.

We’re committed to fostering success on and off the field. Vermont Prospects Baseball Club forms just one team per age group and selects talented players with the drive, hustle and aptitude necessary to become recruitable student-athletes. We have a no-parents coaching policy and place a major emphasis on non-baseball direct traits. We seek players that are team-oriented, resilient and prioritize the importance of education while understanding how it relates to their college baseball opportunities.
